The Meatlovers is the leading B2C online shop for premium meat products. Driven by a passion for quality and flavour, we deliver the finest cuts of meat directly to our customers. Since our launch six years ago, we have experienced strong growth every year and our e-commerce team has continued to mature. As market leaders, we want to further expand our position. That is why we are looking for a results-driven Online Marketer with a strong focus on paid advertising (SEA & META) to further accelerate our growth.

As an Online Marketer at themeatlovers.nl, your primary focus will be on developing, managing and optimising our SEA and META campaigns. SEO plays a supporting role within the broader marketing strategy. You will work closely with the Online Marketing Manager and external agencies, and will have access to tools such as Semrush to achieve maximum performance and growth.

• Setting up, managing and optimising SEA campaigns with a focus on performance and ROI;

• Developing and optimising META adverts to drive growth in traffic and conversions;

• Analysing and improving campaigns based on data (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate);

• Identifying opportunities and testing new campaigns, target audiences and creatives;

• Collaborating with the Online Marketing Manager and external agencies to coordinate and improve campaigns;

• Developing and implementing the SEO strategy to continuously improve our organic search results;

• Optimising the online shop in terms of CRO to get the most out of campaigns;

• Analysing performance and preparing reports to measure results and identify areas for improvement;

• Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in paid advertising and e-commerce.

What do we offer you?

• A gross basic salary of between €3,500 and €4,500 per month (based on knowledge, skills, age, experience and qualifications);

• 24 days’ annual leave per year and 8% holiday pay;

Who are we looking for?

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within e-commerce;

• Experience with SEA campaigns and META adverts;

• Expertise in SEO, including technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimisation;

• Analytical skills and experience with tools such as Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad management platforms;

• Excellent writing skills and an eye for detail;

• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team;

• You thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment where people work hard, but where there is also scope for development and growth;

• A passion for meat and barbecues (an advantage).
