At Diviande, part of the Jan Zandbergen Group, we are looking for a Logistics Administration Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage the entire process: from welcoming drivers to handling all transport-related documentation. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly!

About the role

As a Logistics Administration Assistant at Diviande, you’ll make a difference to our logistics processes every day. You’ll be responsible for drawing up transport documents, processing orders and maintaining the packaging records. Our team consists of six colleagues: three in the planning department, one in the labelling department and two in product management. You’ll work closely with them, but you’ll also have a great deal of independence in your role.

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for all transport documentation and procurement processing, from CMRs and packing slips to entering purchase orders.
You will be the point of contact for customers, suppliers and drivers, and will ensure that the loading and unloading process runs smoothly. You will do this through clear communication via email and telephone, liaising with various departments.
You’ll liaise with our Stock Management, Procurement, Sales and Logistics departments to maintain an overview and ensure planning runs smoothly.
You enjoy variety in your work and are happy to step in where needed, for example to cover for colleagues in the planning department, Inside Sales or other projects who are off sick or absent.

Who are we looking for?

You have a vocational (MBO) level of working and thinking. Ideally, you will have studied logistics or transport.
As well as speaking and writing in Dutch, you also communicate well in English.
Furthermore, you are able to communicate effectively with a very diverse range of people, from international drivers at the reception desk right up to senior management.
You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are able to maintain a clear overview.
You are easy-going and thrive on working together within a small, close-knit team!

Salary between €2,700 and €3,300 based on a full-time working week, plus 8% holiday pay.
