ABOUT THE ROLE

As a recruiter at Jan Zandbergen, you’ll make a real difference by attracting the right people with an innovative mindset to our growing organisation. You’ll be responsible for recruiting new colleagues at all levels, across four locations. But your role goes beyond simply filling vacancies. As well as managing around 20 diverse vacancies, you’ll be actively working on projects such as employer branding, onboarding and recruitment automation. You’ll experiment with campaigns to position us even more effectively as an employer in the market.

Do you have a background in a commercial (agency) environment? Then you’ve come to the right place! Setting priorities is no problem at all for you. You work quickly, commercially and with a focus on results, without losing sight of quality. And the best bit? WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• The recruitment process from A to Z. You’ll work closely with our managers to give our candidates a warm welcome.

• You’ll have no trouble handling a wide variety of vacancies. One day you might be recruiting a butcher, and the next you’ll be recruiting a new sales colleague abroad. It’s precisely this variety that makes you happy.

• You write original, realistic job descriptions and know how to approach candidates in a genuine way.

• Together with our marketing team, you ensure that Jan Zandbergen’s innovative character is highlighted to the right candidates.

• The LinkedIn Recruiter Seat holds no secrets for you. Thanks to your original, realistic approach, you know how to inspire candidates to talk to you about their next role at the Jan Zandbergen Group.

• Your positive and open attitude takes you to every department within the organisation.

WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?

• A gross monthly salary of between €3,500 and €5,500 based on a 40-hour week, depending on your knowledge and skills

• 24 days’ annual leave per year and 8% holiday pay;

With your critical eye, you spot areas for improvement and regularly come up with initiatives and practical solutions. You:

• You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking, with, for example, a background in HR or Marketing.

• You have recruitment experience gained in a commercial environment.

• You are a natural communicator; you build relationships easily with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

• You can express yourself clearly in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.

• With your proactive attitude and perseverance, you adapt effortlessly to a dynamic environment. You work in a structured manner and are adept at setting the right priorities.

• You have a practical mindset, always think in terms of solutions and see opportunities where others see challenges.
