Planner
At Jan Zandbergen Group, we're looking for a communicative and organized Planner to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating logistics processes, ensuring smooth communication between drivers and internal departments.
What will you do?
Maintain daily contact with truck drivers to monitor delivery status.
Identify delays and promptly communicate them to the production and logistics teams, allowing them to adjust their planning.
Ensure all information is accurately recorded and communicated internally.
Collaborate closely with the logistics department to ensure timely and well-coordinated delivery of goods.
Enter orders into our system efficiently.
Experience in a planning role, preferably in a logistics environment.
Bachelor's level working and thinking skills.
Strong communication skills in Ukrainian and English (required to effectively coordinate with drivers and colleagues).
Attention to detail and an organized work approach.
The ability to work under pressure and switch gears quickly when needed.
A gross base salary ranging from €2,700 to €3,200 per month, depending on your experience, skills, age, and education.
24 vacation days per year and 8% vacation pay.

A 2% year-end bonus.
